Join me on the trails of Kelowna's beautiful parks and treasures for a sunset hike and yoga practice. Bring your yoga mat and carrying bag/strap and a headlamp if you have one. Connect with nature, meet people and breathe. Hike locations change each week- participants will be notified via email/team app each week as to our meeting location. No experience needed. Rain or shine.
