Help get your body moving with a fun new playlist and workout each week! No equipment required but dumb-bells could be added as well as exercise bands to really change the intensity. Your weekly workout will be sent to your email via recording OR you can join live on Monday mornings at 9am PST or Monday evenings at 7pm PST. Starts Jan 4th and goes until March 8th! Classes will be 30min-40min in duration with option to repeat the session to make it longer!
